CAN ANYONE HELP,
i have had a parcel of 9 items go missing, is there anyone out there know what happens if a parcel goes astray????? im devastated as spoke to cs and it looks like my boots were in the parcel, do they ever get found or make their way to the customer???? thankyou in advance to anyone who can help, or if anyone has recieved a parcel with miss b c dixon in scarborough let me know, thanks.

ive never had it make its way to me unless it was noted on my account as delayed, if its missing they usually just credit your account. However, I have twice in the past got them to discount an item in their current catalogue as a gesture of goodwill but I had to ask them to do this it wasnt offered

my parcel was meant to have been delivered on tuesday, my courier said that a parcel was meant to be there for me but it wasnt, just wondering if anyone knows if i should hope it turns up, just checked my printout of all items i ordered in the vip sale and there are 9 items that are left that showed up as in stock so i guess those 9 items are the ones that have gone missing?????

Wow. 8.45pm and my giant bean bag just arrived!! My husband answered the door and courier said 'you've something from Next' and hubby said 'have we?'. LOL, yes. I've never known them deliver this late - not the usual courier either. TNT.

I ordered 8 items last Saturday - 4 that were due in 7 to 10 working days and 4 that were due in 5 working days. I have only received the 7-10 day stuff so far (except one that's delayed). Is this normal?

did anyone order the garmin sat nav 255W (Widescreen) mine arrived, states its widescreen on the invoice (and has charged for this) but the box shows its the smaller 255 normal size!.. wondering if anyone has had this too?

i recieved my suitcases and another item tonight, courier said that there was another parcel addressed to me which was opened and no delivery note in it, he said he didnt want to give me it if items were missing and wanted to know what i ordered so he could check, cant for the life of me remeber so hes gonna check it and come back tomorrow!!

i was charged for the 255w. anyone know what the price should have been for the 255 non widescreen?

hi..

i'm just off the phone to them.. they are out of stock for the widescreen so offered a refund on return.. or to keep the one recieved at same price. I questioned that as the 255 was cheaper originally in the sale so they said I can have it at £67 (think this was the sale price.. was in the £60's)

have agreed as its still miles cheaper than elsewhere at that price.. bit disappointing tho.. but was that or refund
