If anyone got the BT verve 450 twin phones, don't even bother unpacking them. Mine are going straight back after I spent an hour setting them all up, the qulity of the line on them is rubbish, loads of feedback and cracking. Checked online and all the reviews are rubbish. I'd bought the Motorola twin pack with answerphone too so I'm keeping that instead, much better quality and great clear line.

I got these from Tesco yesterday and I love them. I think they look really stylish (in white) and the quality is excellent. I have had no trouble with the line - in fact I am really pleased with them. It helped they were free too;)
Maybe you just got a faulty one?

Hi was that the tv that was £312? I really wish I got one of them - do you think there is more in stock? What was the id number? - I will check it out - you never know!!
  • the tv i ordered was the samsung 37in 1080p LCD TV
    Item : 418-281-X42

I was just checking both the vip sale and main page constantly and all of a sudden on the main site it come up as in stock so i phoned and said this to customers services and she said it was best to purchase it and if you do get it will give you the sale price as it was coming up at full price when i ordered even though it gone in the sale. I ordered it online while talking to the customer services. I was on phone to customer services and on both pages where coming up as sold out so it was a fluke i got it. Was expecting a letter to say sorry not in stock, also lady at customer services adviced me not to give my hopes up also. the man I spoke today said she has put notes on my account to say that they will honour the sale price so i am well happy.

Just got a couple of items from the order I placed on Saturday morning (using H's iphone while travelling down the M42, it was sloooow going!). Both are items for my baby to grow into, and not the jeans I really need now, typical!

I also took in a couple of bags for my next door neighbour, including a dress on a hanger marked 'maternity'. Wonder if she has something to tell me!

  • most of my order came today when i came home there was about 10 bulging enourmous bags in my shed. both kids sorted for the next year and 2 items each for me and dh lol
and quite af ew bits to go back as id ordered few sizes for dd in some things
    really pleased with it all
  • Hi

If next can't be bothered to send items in one parcel why should customers have to send them back in one parcel thus reducing the couriers earnings. It obviously doesn't increase nexts costs as they are sending 1 item out in 1 parcel as today I delivered 6 parcels to 1 customer and each parcel had just 1 wallpaper border in it.These would easily have fitted in 1 parcel.

    I'm not complaining.:j :j
