I ordered a top, pair of cropped jeans and some silver spangly sandals that all arrived today. Don't think I'll be ordering anything else though as nothing appealed to me really.

No, I wasn't really impressed with it either as there were only two tops that I liked. Saying that, there are 5 pairs of shoes and a pair of slippers which I have my eye on!!!

Agree. Mind you I can imagine I will still go mad if I get another VIP slot:D First one for me this year and its really scaring me how much I am deciding to keep as it arrives:eek:  So much fun though its like Christmas all over again:T

As for the sizing I am anything from a 12-16 in trousers from Next and actually sent a pair of 16 trousers back as they were a bit tight so maybe now its 12-18. How ridiculous.

i like the tatty teddy stuff, my daughter is 6 and is growing fast, but i find that the younger girls stuff i would like for my daughter, but the older girls stuff is too old looking for her imho, i wish next would make the younger girls up to 6 or 7 years, plus the older boys isnt really that great and my son puts holes in his jeans so get a cheaper brand now. plus my little lad is 3 in march and with next he still fits into 18-28 months easily, 2-3 swamps him and generally tends to be too loose on the waiste, glad they have started doing some character wear for younger boys, like peppa pig and night garden. i also found last summer sale some of the t-shirts were not very good quality very shoddy material and cheap feeling - not like next. but still i like next stuff for my kids but have not been ordering so much from them in the past year.

  • I always buy size 12 petite in the jeans. Because the sizes are so different I order 1 of all of em that are in the sale just to be left with a couple of pair.

They range from not being able to pull them all the way up to being able to fasten them and then take them off without unfastening them

When returning via the courier, I usually send the parcels as per the delivery note (less the ones I kept) but lately have returned all to the store - even though may have to go a few times. This is because a couple of times have had notification from Next that certain items were not in the parcel - have only been low cost items but there is nothing you can do to prove that they were in there!!!!
  • Most of my stuff arrived now but disappointed to say my Cat boots dont fit in the colourwanted (more likely next size up wasnt available). Have got bigger size in black but they just look like wellies so unfortunately my £25 bargain (normally £80) isn't happening for me!

Will be on way back tomorrow so hopefully someone else will like them!
If only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:

I somehow ordered the black instead of the brown, they are awful aren't they. Couldn't even bring myself to try them on.

  • If anyone got the BT verve 450 twin phones, don't even bother unpacking them. Mine are going straight back after I spent an hour setting them all up, the qulity of the line on them is rubbish, loads of feedback and cracking. Checked online and all the reviews are rubbish. I'd bought the Motorola twin pack with answerphone too so I'm keeping that instead, much better quality and great clear line.

Had to laugh at yours and familyfitz's posts as I too ordered the cat toggle boots, thinking they were a fab bargain. They turned up today (size 8) and have been returned straight away - absolutely hideous - like really !!!!!! wellies! Also bought DH some size 12 Shox, which were a bargain but have also been returned as he says they are like ballet shoes?! Men.
