I've repacked 7 parcels so far, have another 7 or 8 sitting by my bed and have kept 4 with just one piece in each. LOL, the lady put them on the doorstep and ran off to get more. Apparently I filled half of her van..... She said 'sale time'. LOL. She is lovely though and brings my M&M Direct stuff too.
I got 2 parcels with just one item in each but on the invoice it was marked as 'item delayed'. Camera, mirror and Sat navs came in seperate bags too.0 -
Are courriers supposed to get signatures? My guy didn't ask me for one today?0

We received lots of our order today although typically I ordered about 30 things for my daughter of which 28 turned up and ordered 6 things for me of which only 1 turned up!:rotfl:
Only about 2 items to be returned here as well which is good. Although there may be some returns in the items yet to come as some of the trousers I had to order 2 sizes for me as I can be either size at Next.
Am pleased with what we managed to get though and daughter now has most of her clothes for the next year.MFIT No. 810 -
You can also return in store if you are near a store - I often take this option as it goes back on the account much faster this way.Can I just add that anyone returning items does not put them in as many bags as possible to increase the couriers numbers of parcels. Increased parcels = increased cost to Next = increased cost passed back to the customer.MFIT No. 810 -

Increased cost to Next pah! I DELIVER daily multiple parcels to customers containing small items that could fit in one bag! I think the courier deserves a few extra quid more than Next come on!
As for the courier that would rather have all returns put in one bag perhaps she has a rich husband lol0 -
I had 90% of my order today! I had 30 bags! Still got boots and coats to come! Really pleased with my loot, although have bagged up quite alot to go back as had to order alot of different sizes for some items! So far of my £800+ order, I have kept about £300 of it, so Im pleased! Just can't wait for the courier to come tomorrow and collect the unwanted items lol!0

I always get a Next VIP sale invite. I always pay my balance off in full each month too. I do love Next and buy heavily, but mainly in the sales.
So how random is random for me to get an invite every time? I just don't know.
Got some lovely stuff delivered today for my son, only sending two items back too for him.:hello:0 -
