I was in Woolies a couple of days ago and it made me feel awful. The store was an untidy mess and the customers (myself included) felt like scavengers. I know several people who work there and are losing their jobs at the worst possible time of year. One of my youngest's schoolfriends, both her mum and grandma work there. It must be absolutely devastating for their family. My thoughts are certainly with all Woolies employees this Christmas.

Ha, should have known - 75% off is really pushing it!!! lol .

As for the ' no signs saying 50% off all stock' I was going on a previous post to this thread stating that posters were now saying 50% off all stock.

I guess it a case of chinese whispers - but do I really wanna miss out if its true and do I really wanna go there early and be greeted by tons of 10%, 20% and 30% off signs - hmmmmm decisions decisions!!

The signs currently say ""upto"" 50% off! Which doesn't mean everything, wtp is on a wind up.

It'll still be the same tomorrow, maybe there will be a few xtra % off some old rubbish, but nothing great
