Klickstore - Rip Off Store

I bought two R4 cards for my kids and only one worked. Kindly (stupidly) I emailed Klickstore and they said as soon as you return the faulty product we will replace the goods. So sent it back speicla delivery at 4.60 and guess what - they have not sent a new card and fail to respond to my e-mails. Dont buy from this company. Do I have any comeback? Paid for it on a mastercard.

jolygreengiant - buy at own cost - not likely. Klickstore are currently finding out what cost is, I am being a right royal pain in their a**e and have reported them to Paypal (not a wonderously scarey thing for them) also reported them to my card supplier. Pester the life out of them until you get somewhere

I bought three R4 cards from Klick store a fortnight ago and I must say I had no problems at all. The goods arrived with me within 5 days and worked perfectly.

One thing I would say though is you want to save a few quid, order the sd memory cards elsewhere, ie 7dayshop.com, they are have the price.

You can also report them to trading standards as their website breaks the law by not having a contact address.

I note they have also used privacy protect on their domain name to stop people identifying them so a complaint to would not go amiss as they are abusing the terms.

Hiya just a bit of imformation on klickstore, I too have been ripped off by klickstore but I have two email addresses which are [EMAIL="modelgadget@rcheli.co.uk"]modelgadget@rcheli.co.uk[/EMAIL] and [EMAIL="chairuddinchan@hotmail.com"]chairuddinchan@hotmail.com[/EMAIL] I am repeatedly emailing these addresses until I get my money back or replacement items I suggest that everyone who has been ripped off by this company does the same until they get satisfaction

I bought one R4 and everything was fine. Good delivery and no problem with the product. However, the second one I bought doesn't work and all I get are replies to tickets saying they have been closed as I have not responded.

Now I can't even get on the website.

Are they still trading?

i just looked at their website quickly, there is a phone number:
07882993447 monday- friday 9am-5pm
The number is on the left hand side of the website about half way down.

Interesting its only a mobile number...

There have been two mobile numbers on their sites 07882993447+07882663350 both numbers are on HUTCHINSON 3G MOBILE both have been removed.I also paid £12.95 for R4DS before christmas and not recieved anything.Also not returning any e-mails.They used to have paypal as an alternative payment, but that has gone aswell.Ebay have them as sponsered links for R4DS.Received reply back from email (console pc) today 22/01/09 stating r4ds out of stock, expecting more stock in ten working days. option to wait or re-email back for refund. fingers crossed

I have just bought a R4 DS and it does not work. Had no problems getting it delivered etc, but the website doesn't seem to be working properly at the minute and I can't find any e-mails to report the item broken. Anybody got any e-mail address or numbers I can get in touch with them via.

Here's another one who made the mistake of ordering from Klickstore!

I have spoken to my credit card company, asking if it is possible for them to do a 'chargeback' which basically means they may be able to claw back your money from Klickstore.

I was told they would send me a form to complete and return, together with copies of e-mails, etc., and detailed explanation of what efforts I have made to contact them. She didn't exactly say this would result in my getting my money back, but presumably there is some purpose to the exercise!

I only spent £24.50, but it is the principle; I would rather it went down the drain than in the pockets of these slimy little toerags! And if a lot of us can get back even small amounts, they will add up and and in total have a significant effect on Klickstore.

If you paid by credit card, speak to your credit card company about 'chargeback' - it's worth a try!

It is believed that they were raided due to supplying ds cards with games on which is of course illegal.
I bought mine recently from:
