Hi I ordered my r4 on 24th Jan 09 but still havent received it ive sent an email that got returned to me as it was an unknown email address and ive posted two tickets on the website but still nothing so hopefully ill get somewhere on here as it seems Klickstore have made contact through here my order number is

Hi ive ordered a few cards from Klickstore and had no prodlems before,but i are still waiting for two cards i ordered on the 29th Jan and also need a refund on a mistake order,i have contacted Klickstore and say they will refund me and post the cards to me,hopefully will get my refund and my cards soon keep you posted on this.

Hi again i spoke to Klickstore on the new number and my cards should be here this week hopefully,also i have just recieved my refund on a previous order so no prodlems here,ive purchased serveral cards with Klickstore and had no prodlems before so it looks like they are sorting the orders now.

I have had an order since Jan 27 but i just rang up and spoke to a nice man called will who said he would refund me or send it out. so i said send it out and it should be here by the weekend.

Spoke to someone on 02088732310 today, he was very appoligetic, offered me a refund, but I was prepared to wait a few more days.

He did say they are being dispatched as we spoke and over the next few days!

If anyone gets any orders from these guys please post!

Got a call this morning from a gentleman who has been draughted in to cope with Klickstores back log.
He has said he will do everything possible to get my card to me by the end of this week.
He has also given me an alternative email address for queries.
