Just to let everyone know that my order turned up yesterday, after emailling Will he informed me it was dispatched on monday with a tracking number, i was then pleased to find it had been delivered yesterday.

just recived my r4 cards this morning....after about 3 weeks or more of waiting,they box came boxed but with no cd software cds not sure were to get this from ?

Please note, you would need to install the correct firmware onto the R4 before it can use. Please visit the following link to download the appropriate firmware. If you are not familiar with the procedure, please check on our installation guide which, also available from the same link.

My card ordered on the 27th January came recorded delivery yesterday as promised. Anyone else with problems just give them a ring they were very apologetic and easy to talk to.

I placed an order on 24/1 I got the usual email from them , then nothing. Until .... I registered for the Help desk. I got my order dispatch email at the same time I got my registration pending email for the help desk. Fingers crossed my order will be here soon.

Hi my r4 arrived today after ordering it on 24th Jan thought i was never going to get it! Make sure that you follow the instructions that Klickstore have posted on there helpdesk as i thought that it didnt work because I couldnt get past the loading screen but finally after 2 hours of reading up on it lol i finally got it to work and it was well worth the wait many thanks :j
