I have also been waiting for several weeks with out any responce. I have just called 02088732310 and got a nice fella who was very sorry. Indeed he did confirm that the USB adapters were not available. I advised that I did not need these and he said that we would dispatch my order stright away.
I also mentioned to him that there company is getting bad press and advised him to update the web site and contact people as word of mouth is everything. It would not had bothered me so much if they had replied to my mails and explained this to him. It seem that the boss is not around at the moment so he did not have any authorisation to update the web site.
I would suggest you call and air your complaints to them.
I will not be ordering from this company again due to lack of communication and not replying to mails etc. He said my order would arrive in 3 days. Let's hope so.0 -

I too order 3 R4DS cards with memory on the 19/1/2009 and have not received anything yet, when I go to the order tracking section it states they were dispatched on the 20/1/2009. I have emailed and submitted a support ticket but have not received a reply, I also just rang the number and it seems to be perminently engaged. What is the next thing you can do to get this sorted? Go to your bank and dispute the transaction? I paid with Visa Debit which I think you have less protection on than with a credit card is that right? regards, Tim0

I bought three R4 cards from Klick store a fortnight ago and I must say I had no problems at all. The goods arrived with me within 5 days and worked perfectly.
One thing I would say though is you want to save a few quid, order the sd memory cards elsewhere, ie 7dayshop.com, they are have the price.

OK I managed to get through and talked to the guy at Klickstore and he apologised and said that the items are now in stock and will be dispatched in the next couple of days. I will let you know if I actually get them0
