  • Hi - I ordered 2 x R4 cards from Klickstore.com on 27th January - order no. 28701.
    Still have rec'd nothing.
    I have tried to email on [EMAIL="support@consolepc.com"]support@consolepc.com[/EMAIL] and [EMAIL="info@rcheli.co.uk"]info@rcheli.co.uk[/EMAIL] but have not been able to get through, as the email bounces back and says the mailbox is full!!

    Getting very frustrated - I ordered these for my twins birthday on Saturday - now it looks like I'm not getting them!icon9.gificon8.gif
  • Recieved an email today with a post office tracking ref i ordered on 24th January fingers crossed, i'll keep everyone posted.
  • I ordered 2 R4 on the 21st of Janurary and was sent a email on the 20th January asking me if I wanted to wait or get a full refund as there was a shipping delay I received R4's Yesterday. Thanks Klickstore.

    bad weather does not prevent you from answering emails
    i asked for a refund but no reply from you, this could have been done regardless of BAB WEATHER

    I placed an order on 30th Jan. Not heard anything saw on account saying despatched. Sent an email. No reply, googles Klickstore and saw this forum and thought !!!!!!. I ordered 5 all with memory cards. So £125.

    Anyway, credit to Klickstore, rang them today (on above number) they said will be dispatched today. Also received email with Royal Mail tracking number.

    So fingers crossed they should be on their way. I will let people know.

    So far my only complaint, if they are out of stock they should tell us and not have despatched on the order !!
