Klickstore - Rip Off Store

I have previously ordered from Klickstore before and have always had my items within 2/3 days.

I ordered an R4 card with memory on the 28th Feb and I have heard nothing. I have sent them several emails that I obtained from this forum and also sent in a request via their website but not had a reply.

I tried calling on 02088732310 but this turns out to be a fax number i have tried several times at different times of the day but its still a fax.

My order number is 30804 I would be gratefull is somebody from Klickstore would reply and restore my confidence in this company I have used several times before. The money was taken from my card within a few mins of me placing my order

Just visited their website and the following notice was there

All outstanding orders which made prior to this notice and have not received the items from us will receive a full refund within 7 working days commencing from the date of this notice. We apologies for all inconviniences.

How do you contact them, got R4 cards for my kids and not recieved them, and they took my money!!

all you can do is send in one of they stupid tickets and hope that they get back to you. or if you were smart enough to use a credit card you can claim the money back through your credit card company, that is what i had to do.

DO NOT USE KLICKSTORE.COM, they are complete rip off merchants, and do not reply to your tickets. I have managed to get through on this phone number 5 or 6 times....02088732310. The gentleman who answered is lovely and it appears he has been left to sort out the mess, so if you are lucky enough to get an answer cut the poor guy some slack. He sorted out my first problem really quite quickly. Stupidly I ordered from them again and low and behold they have ceased trading the product I ordered and after 8 full working days still no refund. I smell a rat! So if you want swift delivery on your product, please order elsewhere.

I have not received anything yet, first time i have used my switch for anything online too, normally use credit card or paypal.

Tried email but nothing
Tried the telephone number which is a fax machine
ticket been in ages and nothing

for the first time ever i have been ripped off online. lesson learnt never deal with anyone like ROBBING KLICKSTORE again and always use CC or PAYPAL

Really cant see me receiving a refund or anyone else to that matter they have deceived us and taken our money,

Sorry but they are uncontactable, you like the rest of us have been duped unles u used a credit card or paypal and speak with them to claim back your money.

Ok update to my above post, they are no longer contactable on the number I left above. If you complain through their helpdesk about not receiving your refund they will mark in your account that you have been refunded. I still haven't received it though. And the final insult, I can no longer contact them through their helpdesk as they have suspended my account! This company needs to be dealt with, Watchdog will be my first contact so please feel free to join me, the more complaints against them the better. The small amount of money I've lost is nothing in comparison to the huge amount they are ripping off from us unsuspecting customers. BEWARE......even if you have had perfectly smooth dealings in the past.

Just been on watchdog site. Please use the following link and tell your story. The more people who act against Klickstore.com/Model-Gadgets the better. They are con artists and must be stopped.
