Thank you silva and you are always very welcome! Yes, I did say chocolate! It has to be at least 75 or 85% cocoa, I use Green & Blacks (hmm, that might explain the grocery budget ) and I use 4 small squares, that's all you need. I promise the chilli does not taste of chocolate. The chocolate seems to act as another spice bringing a depth of flavour that is amazing. Try it, you won't be sorry. I believe they always make it with chocolate in Mexico.
Now have you ever tried chocolate with chilli??? Possibly an acquired taste, but I really liked it!
Ooh, i might have to try it as i'm a big chilli fan (but not a big chocolate fan so the othe way round wouldnt do much for me)!
Thanks for the heads up!Feb /make £5 a day Challenge £32.28/£120

That'll be the whole deer in the freezer presumably?
I add about 4 small squares to the chilli, try it Fay, it changes the chilli into something amazing. I also add half a teaspoon of cumin powder. So as well as the heat from the chillies it has an earthiness and depth from the cumin and chocolate. It must be at least 75% cocoa though, in these circumstances milk tray will not do....you'll just have to eat it by itself...shame...:rolleyes:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Not much I can add to the kind words everyone has already said. But, just so you know, you are one very special Lady Piq who makes many many people smile (just look back through the rest of your diary!)
MSE would be lost without you...and so would we

Seconded - I missed my favourite sparring partner - and all that safety gear out as well!!!:D
hope you are good today and the job isn't getting you down too much.
Silly question - Have you ever thought of a career change? Not advocating you just stop going to work, but, you aren't happy (I know its a terrible atmosphere ) so I wondered what fun things can you think up doing instead or ever had a burning desire to do?
I went to university originally to be an accountant - did accounting and law (yeah i know stop sniggering - an accountant - me?!!?? look at the mess my finances are in now!! lol - clearly wasn't veyr good was I?) When I got ousted from my hubby - I took about 6 months thinking about what I wanted to do and it turned out to be flowers not finances.
You have probably suggested things before so excuse my not remembering but just wondered - what you would really love to do for work?? Just curious!:D
