Maybe the leftovers recipes should be in a specific colour too. Then we can find them easily.

Could do, if you like! Tonight's dinner was a veggie casserole with courgette and cheese dumplings. Not sure I've mentioned that I'm a vegetarian...

Bloomin' heck it's cold out there, the Captain, very sensibly refused to leave his stable, now that must have looked like a Thelwell moment, me pulling on the lead rope and him leaning back :rotfl:Gave in to his greater wisdom, brushed him, put his cow pyjamas on and gave him dinner and left him to it:rolleyes:

Yes, he has red horse pyjamas with black and white cows on them! It's actually a fleece with an underbelly cover that I put on under a thicker rug when it's very cold. He looks unbearable cute in them and is probably horribly embarrassed....He's the only horse I know who has them:rotfl:(they are part of my credit card debt, I couldn't resist them, when I should've:o)

Thank you! I have many stories of our antics, but I always think I must be a bit boring talking about him, I could tell you about the one about the day we met a llama....

    The daily update:

Received 77.65 from Quidco today, most of this was cashback for my contents insurance and I've paid it straight over to the A&L debt! I'd got in a bit of a muddle as to which bank account Quidco were paying into, but it turns out I had updated my details afterall! My father has always said I'd be dangerous if I knew what I was doing

Still working from the meal plan lunch is a spinach, goats cheese, butternut squash and black olive salad and dinner will be a bean chilli with cornbread topping.

I've typed up a page of meals to be able to quickly lift a weekly menu from, each time I see something I fancy I add it to the list. I also have a file with torn out recipes and pictures for inspiration!
