We don't have a wii or a PS or whatever, and judging by how bothered (or not) they are are about the borrowed xbox we currently have for the Christmas holidays, I don't think I have to worry about saving up for one either!

Afternoon - got home a couple of hours ago after flying home from holiday early on the red eye. Mum is still in hospital so am off there shortly. Kids are still in USA and coming home on Sunday. Hope you all had a great Christmas

Surfbabe, sorry you had to cut your holiday short, and hope your mum is ok.

2009 will be a good'un - I am sure of it, regardless of the doom and gloom recessionwise etc.

I have done my half day, and am now back home The children have gone to the cinema on Orange Wednesdays so that gives me an hour or so to myself - have loaded the dishwasher and mde a coffee and a sandwich and am going to indulge on a bit of doing nothing for a bit.

Then I am going to tidy my bedroom - am determined to start 2009 with at least one room in the house nice!

Hypno - I'm still colouring in my squares too. I've only got 26 left to colour in and we're aiming to have it all paid off by the 1st March. It would have been sooner if I was still working but just think, when I go back to work in March the money won't have to go on credit cards!!!!!

Hope you all have a nice New Year's Eve - we're going to my parents as my sister is over here at the moment. Guess where i'd rather be - in bed, asleep!!! I'm sure i'm getting more and more bah humbug!! xx

Ooh mudbath, only 26 squares! That's fab!! Then you can do a new grid to save up for something!

I am really glad people are still doing the squares thing, I don't feel so "sad" now :rotfl:

Have done a couple of dooyoo reviews - I am on about 30000 points and need to get to 50000 for payout which I want to achieve by the end of January so I can colour in another box
