Have done some more Christmas shopping, courtesy of nectar points and pigsback vouchers.....:D Not too much more to do. I have about £12 of Morrisons stamps, so need to find something in there (!) for FiL - it will probably be a combination of socks and biscuits as I am very much lacking in inspiration there, and I have about £6 in boots points that I can still use.....

How much do you have to pay to get card full & claim extra free few quid? Or is it too late for that?

We can but hope, Walshy.........**composes letter to Southwark PCT just in case**

    :D

If you were rich, I could work out a blackmail scheme that would see me debt free in a week........but as you only have Krispy Kreme donoughts, they will have to do!

I think I need about £50 to get the extra. And I think it needed to be done by the end of November!

Still, I have got £12.......that will buy me a bottle of wine and some yummy chocs!

Hey if it weren't for the fact I couldn't creat £40,000 in a year let alone £20k would mean you would be in a for a long wait! Much easier to get previous occupiers to court and get them to cough up the funds for the house that you had to rebuild!
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

How do you amass £70k in a year?!

  • Then you'll have to extort someone else I'm afraid...

How about... Paul Jewell?!He's the Derby manager, lots of money and will probably pay you off if you go to the sunday press!

Good morning - have checked online banking and have been paid, so number crunching will take place at lunchtime and plans for the last remaining presents will be made. I must be very careful though because we have been paid a week early like many people, so have to make the money last even longer......

25p was the best I got on the scratchcard today.......one is very close to payout though, so that should happen over the next few days.

Our lovely student is going home this morning, for Christmas. We will miss her for the next few weeks, but she will be back with us in our chaotic world before too long.

I have a downloads meeting this evening, so a long day, but shouldn't be too bad.

Have a good day everyone xx

I know that it is nice to get paid early, but the practicalities of it come about the 2nd week in January, are quite difficult to work round!

Right, must go, or will be late

Ah, I remember paypackets. Hope the download meeting isn't too onerous, hypno - a bit of chocolate or some red wine wouldn't go amiss.
