Morning Hypno and followers :hello:
It's raining here also. Other than going to do my laundry later, I don't think I have any need to leave the house today.....hang on, there's not much food in  sorted, I've just dragged some Yellow Stickered chicken legs out the freezer, a Morrisons bargain at 25pso that's tea sorted.
Oh well, I'll go and do my scratchcards, I did manage to hit the withdrawal amount on one this week, so hopefully there's £10 winging it's way through the interweb to me :j .
Have a good day all and I hope Shaun has arrived safely and in his place
Feel the love :smileyhea

Hi guys - I do feel better today - can't afford to feel crap for more than a couple of days at a time, so have to pick myself up and move on. OK, so paying the bonus straight off the loan was not fun, but had I spent it on frivolities, and then looked back and felt that I should have paid it off the loan instead, I would have felt even more crap than I did yesterday, and would have been in more debt to boot. So......today is another day!
I am at the ski club - and am being good and writing my Christmas cards - they are left overs from last year, so no money spent in buying new ones. In fact, I think they are left over from a couple of years ago.........:o They won't get in the post today, but they are written, so that is the main thing.
OH went up in the loft this morning and got the tree etc down, so that will hopefully go up and be decorated tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks everyone for the support over the last day or so - it really does make a difference to me when I am feeling lousy!
Feel the love indeed :smileyheaSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Morning Hypno and all,
Great doable list for the weekend...the second one reads like mine for next year..lol...housework is so boring and neverending ..I think that's why I feel that way about it.
I can sympathise regarding paying your bonus off as DHs loss of earnings and comp is due anytime and it'll hurt paying that off the CCs but like yourself would feel worse if I didn't and spent it on lovely sparkly things.
The freedom we shall have when we are debt free is what keeps me going along with all you lovely MSErs..have a good day.0 -

Spud are you feeling better?
The Dragon - did you notice on my list for 2009 that the last one says "be in a position to get a cleaner".......I WILL have a cleaner by the end of the year - I am determined to be able to afford one, and to have a house that is ordered enough to be able to have one who doesn't demand "danger money" just for setting inside the door with a j-cloth!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. There should be a warning on posts like that Hypno! I nearly pebble dashed my lap top screen with tea.
