  • Morning Hypno,

Not only does your weekend list sound reasonable and do-able but your second list for the house and what you want to achieve sounds reasonable and do-able too.

    Have a good day.

It sounds reasonable and do-able for someone who hasn't procrastinated about housework since she moved here 5 years ago :rotfl:

    Hi hypno

Well, the weekend list sounds sort of doable, seeing as its you but that list for 2009 sounds terrifying to me! Of course, last time I looked at the clock was almost an hour ago, and I've just been slobbing about on here ever since :o that may have something to do with it :D

omg..i am away for 2 weeks and come back to find i am about 20 pages behind on your site hypno, only then to discover that there is a new diary and another 15 pages...you just can't afford to go away these days....but still a lovely excuse to sit here on a cold and damp and grey sat. am with tea in hand, puter on lap and have a brill excuse not to start housework and the xmas cards and thinking about pressies i must buy.....
totally agree with the lack of xmas lights and decs up, nothing in our area and usually everyone has lights up outside....but then we usually have ours up by 1st dec as i love the run up to xmas so much....but not feeling festive at all this year and really can't be botherered. we need a communal 'kick up the ...' to enjoy this time even if we don't spend money...shaun is right it is about everything that is not to do with money......
great to be back in the hypno land and CONGRATS on getting sub 40,000 (one of the first things i wanted to check when in got home!!!)

    hi hypno,

So sorry to hear you had rough day yesterday, sending :grouphug: your way for a better day today!

It's hammering dwon in my neck of the woods, which means our planned day out to HRH's farm shop is delayed. The only two gifts that have to be bought are going to absolutely practical and useable!

The cards still don't have stamps on them, though at work the boss is very happy as he now has labels and does not have to write out his envelopes by hand! If only my OH would pay such a good salary, then maybe home would be organized as well!!!

    Have a great day everyone!

Well done you done so much and inspiration to so many.
Your 2009 plans sound fab and im sure you pay off loads.
I havent got tree yet either but did make some cheap and cheerful paper chains last week with daughter.
I think xmas can be depressing time when in debts and no money despite some fantastic sales i havent had the money to spend as wnated to pay off 200debt this month as good start to pay off xmas 2009 challange as less debt next xmas be greatest present of all perhaps next december spend more to make up for the other frugal 11months planned for 2009!
I went in wollies yesterday was so depressing feel so sorry for staff as customes like vultures and really insensitive moaning thinsg are not cheap enough and huge quues when 30000 people could be out of job.
Anyway wished staff luck and made cashier laugh by being most boring shopper and buying reduced pack of 15peice tupperware and overspend on budget in morrisions so put stuff back and rummaged round reduced well fought my way to it.Brought xmas cookie cutters to make biscuits as presents.
2years of mse you well on road to sucess.
Your kids sound like they have fab time with skining.
Im crap at housework too but aim to get better!

question how hell you manage 2026 on 2009 challange puts my planned 200 to shame!
    pad by xmas2010 £14,636.65/£20,000::beer:
