Just had a conversation with a Sikh friend who always makes me feel better, I don't know how, he's a gem really. Anyway, during the chat we discussed religions view on passing. The Sikh way of thinking makes a lot of sense, I can see why it brings comfort to many. He's made me think about things, made me cry, but I feel a bit better for getting that all off my chest too.

Been to see friend and had a catch up which was lovely.

Off to bed in a min as need to be up and in town early.

Valli - is it the tranexamic acid tabs you have. I had to have them a while back for pretty much the same thing, you can take quite a lot each day but I found I had to cut back on dosage as they made me feel really headachey and sluggish. Only take them now if really essential.

Anyway I really am going now
