Windows Server 2003 is NT 5.2.
Windows XP Pro x64 is NT 5.2.
Windows Home Server...you guessed it! NT 5.2.

I've been using an xp machine for years until few months ago i got vista and i dont even see a big difference (and i'm doing systems support IT at college)

No, I kid. I've never used one so I couldn't tell you. I'm just going to keep away due to the ludicrous costs. You can't argue that they're not expensive. I prefer to use linux if I ever feel the need to get away from windows for a while.
