That's insane, how did they insinuate that when the website clearly stated it was a dvd-ram writer too?

I tried to get them to sent the Pioneer 110 - but will only collect and refund the card.

My other halfs was delivered today (ordered last Wednesday). He called them up as soon as he got it because they sent him the D model (no RAM capabilities). They told him he ordered the 110D model without RAM writer & they insisted he faxed over his order confirmation as they could see that he ordered the D (non RAM) model (a lie).

So he faxed over his order confirmation as well as a print screen showing that the RAM writer was advertised. Now they are coming to collect.

I am really disappointed in their behaviour & it is totally unacceptable to accuse a customer of lying then make them fax over their order confirmation. Surely they should store this info on their systems!

Well folks...an update on my new delivery which arrived to replace the wrong item, the poineer 110D....yet another Pioneer 110D. Play have really screwed up on this one.

Send back the 110D and got it for £35 from SVP last week including P&P - Play refunded the card. Didn't think it was worth pushing for the 110 from them - by the time they understand their mistake it'll be Easter.

They do not have the 110, and never did, only the 110d.
I have just received a refund without apology, for their mis-selling.
Off to rattle their windows. The Managing Director at the Jersey address.
