If looking for an upgrade from a CDRW or slower DVD burner this appears a good deal, especially as postage is included
First line of the spec
Writes and reads DVD-RAM, DVD-R/RW, +R/RW and CD-R/RW formats
This appears to be an OEM drive so no software/cables will be included.
Far cheaper than my Pioneer DVD 105 I purchase three years ago for £225.00

You can buy software such as Nero https://www.nero.com (I think they do a free trial period as well) or get freeware software, a quick google search chucked up this site

You can download a trial version of nero see above for link. SVP also sell older versions last time I looekd it cost a fiver. tbh the new version of nero is far too top heavy (bloatware) and is buggy.0

Despite the pic of the box, this is only an oem disc. Which is also available for a couple of quid at computer fairs.
PCW had the Nero 7 boxed set for £29.99 in its last sale, dont know if that price still holds.
Nice to know Pioneer and NEC (4550) have joined LG in adding dvd-ram, which turns the recorder into a removable 4.7 gig hard drive, (or 9.4 gig if you can afford it)

Have to say the pioneer 110 is an excellent drive. Highly recommended.
