Blimey, some people are so fussy!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
I like the idea of this thread but let's see some actual DESIRABLE properties at decent prices and not boarded-up hell-holes in Chav-ville!
It's an irregular verb.

You live in a deprived area

Lots of parts of London don't have restricted parking....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

In London you can often hire out parking spaces if your not using them yourself.
The point is that this place in a good area in London for 20K, shows that most places for sale are still very over priced even if they have had huge drops already,0 -
Yoshua, its likely on a local authority estate, its one room and the GUIDE PRICE is £20k - it could go for 2 or three times that or more if someone wants it. (Wasnt someone shouting about that Welsh flat that had a guide price of £15k a few weeks ago and it ended up what £50K?) Especially when studios in same building have been offered for rent at £550 per month? It is also apparently a "sheltered housing scheme"?
