    That Penge property has parking!!! Surely that alone is worth 20K in London?

    Lots of parts of London don't have restricted parking.

    In London you can often hire out parking spaces if your not using them yourself.

    The point is that this place in a good area in London for 20K, shows that most places for sale are still very over priced even if they have had huge drops already,

    Yoshua, its likely on a local authority estate, its one room and the GUIDE PRICE is £20k - it could go for 2 or three times that or more if someone wants it. (Wasnt someone shouting about that Welsh flat that had a guide price of £15k a few weeks ago and it ended up what £50K?) Especially when studios in same building have been offered for rent at £550 per month? It is also apparently a "sheltered housing scheme"?
