Yes, the 17 million quid one is a real bargain
Wonder why anyone would want more baths than beds

I just looked at the Zoopla stats - the 17million one has lost nearly 1.5million in just one year!!!! - almost as much depreciation as an Alpha Romeo!0

Id go and buy that one Matt0

Mind you - if interest rates drop much further and you have savings that CAN be tied up long term is property a good investment - pick up a bargain now?0

Yes the area is good, its just its a bit small. But whats the 3 most important things? Location, location, location.
Any way I think this is the winner so far, how long before its beaten by a bigger better value property also in a nice area in London.0 -
Re the Welsh houses in the Rhondda eg Vivian St and the other one in Maerdy, unless you were doing a BTL then avoid them. They are higher up the valley and the higher you go the less houses are worth.
I shan't say anymore....Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000
