    I'm sorry for your loss.
I never know what to say in these situations. When I lost one myself a good few years back I told myself it was a blessing in disguise. I was in a bad relationship and could not have given the child anything other than the poorest of lives.
  • thank you everyone, well good day today, we overpaid the rent by £44 so more than the £40 the judge said we had to pay, not much more, but it proves we do want to sort it. we would have paid more, but we went to colchester to see OH's sister and i bought 3 pairs of shoes and 2 bags, oops!!! but it was only £16 for the lot, so i was happy with that, after all the no-spends we have had.
  • Hope you're ok hun :) Well done on the rent overpayment... you're getting there bit by bit!! Well done on that shopping - that's some bargain hunting!! :D

Oooh Bumble, I've only recently returned to the boards myself, and I am so very sorry to hear yet more sad news for you. You must do what is right for you in grieving or not sharing or not. It can be soul destroying I know, and although you never forget the loss - it does dull over time.

Hang on in the Girl ! My thoughts are with you.

Oh, hello haleygrey - as beanielou wrote to me the other night, we seem to be following each other around the boards.
I'm sorry, too, bumblebee - I had several miscarriages in France, years back.
I've always remembered the godmother of another child gently saying 'Il !tait mal accroch!' i.e. 'not properly hooked on', which made it somehow less wracking. It doesn't come out so well in English, but gave me considerable comfort at a bad time.

I'm glad you gave yourself some little treats - take care.

  • hi guys, argh, this diary is just not happening at the moment is it!!!

wellllll, im back!!! with a new positive outlook, and a very cheap wedding on 27th june!!! our families are paying for most of it (we didnt ask them, people just kept popping up with, "ill pay for registry office" "we can pay for half of the food" so thanks to their generosity, me and OH can finally be husband and wife!!!

its going to be a very small MSE wedding LOL, registry office for 30 people, then 30 more to OH's aunts back garden for a BBQ garden party!!!:T

my younger brother is on a catering course, so a couple of the second years are doing the BBQ for us, so that my dad doesnt start muscling in:rotfl:

i am soooooo excited, i havent felt like this for a few weeks, all i have felt is terror and grief, but im on the way up now, i WILL be happy, i WILL clear the debts, and we WILL all live happily ever after

right, back to DFW, i have terminated our mobile phone contracts, and the leaving fee will be paid back at a rate that WE can afford and not a penny more. we worked out that we are using nowhere near what our contracts gave us, and between the 2 of us have only used £10 in PAYG credit in the last 2 weeks:T if they dont accept what i offer them, and sell the debt to a DCA, i say 'bring it on' thanks to this place, i know how to handle the situation, and am no longer scared of them, i know i am in control of my debts, so the knocks on the door can just (well i wont say it but you can fill in the blank for yourselves:rotfl: ) if they will not accept my offers!!!

i am LOVING this new positive me, its just a shame that it is after such a tragedy, but onwards and upwards, its me my man and our beautiful girl against the world!!!!!!

oh, and thanks to you all for your kind words, i PROMISE i will be keeping up to date with this diary now, and i really mean that this time! im in suh a better place now :D
