Tesco racketeering?

I was not being rude - I rarely am. And shame on Tesco for putting such a target on their staff.0

Telling someone they are doing something wrong is not rude. Believe it or not, one can say something "negative" without foul language, sarcasm etc and not be rude.
For example, as happened last week, a person with an umbrella which was shoved into my face.
"Excuse me, watch where you are putting that umbrella will you before you cause someone an injury".
that is not rude - it was the umbrella holder's action which was rude.
The same prinicple applies.0 -
I guess it would depend on how RUDE the member of staff was to me as a customer, how I treat them back, you EARN courtesy, and throwing my items from one end to the other through a scanner, rushing me, tutting and sighing because they have a "scan" target to keep up, is frankly "being rude"! in which case a "tongue lashing" would be the very LEAST of their problems!!!:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
"Marleyboy you are a legend!"

Marleyboy You Are A Legend!
Marleyboy speaks sense
marleyboy (total legend)
Marleyboy - You are, indeed, a legend.0 -
My oap mum was being rushed at tesco, and the check out girl offered to turn the conveyor belt off. She said they had a scanning target, but if a cutomer asked them to slow down it was then allowed and didn't count against the staff.
Still no reply from tesco about the invisible world crisis in sunflower seeds apart from an automated looking email saying they would reply as soon as possible, sent ages ago.0 -

I have a resposne to them rushing things through the till (Not at Tesco). I still will take my time to bag the items. Then hand over card to get points, then nongruntly had over money.
If they get shirty, they can always give me the offer price, then it is back on the shelves!0
