Probably on my own here but this childish behaviour is getting beyond the joke now. Baiting people like this is unnecessary - just ignore someone if you don't like what they say. You may even ignore me now but that's the risk I take.

Sorry daveboy, but d.edna's been hurling abuse at me for weeks now, everytime I've confronted her 'controversial' and in my view unhelpful posts with intelligent and reasoned debate to which she has responded with personal comments, invitations (not polite ones) to shut up and leave the forums, empty and completely false accusations. Everytime she has been defeated in a fair debate, she has gone off to another board and repeated her accusations of trolling, harassment etc.

Just for once, on this occasion, I decided to take the opportunity to get the first dig in. And I'm glad I did. I'm not proud of it exactly, but I do think it was the right thing to do, especially as I'm not the only person she's upset in the last few weeks and it was nice to provide a little bit of entertainment for them.

I could just ignore her, that is true, but then by the same reasoning you could have ignored me.

Oh and uganda shut up you bully

Well I'm sorry but I think you've deserved it for weeks of baiting. I don't often get the first dig in.

Interesting that you agree about Tesco now. Slight change of tack - are you trying to put us off the scent or is this the new, caring d.edna?

you make it sound its a hard task to buy flour from sainsburys

I don't think he's saying it's hard to do, I mean he knows that it's just a simple matter of picking up the flour and paying for it at the checkout, his problem is not in the difficulty but in his willingness to do it. That is why he buys the flour 'grudgingly'. 'Grudging' means 'reluctant' you see?

What an excellent memory you have! I long ago gave up asking her (or is it him? I still don't know) this question.

You quite sure about that edna? Remember when you thought I was PMing you and I wasn't?

Edna, you do know its not possible to quote someone you have on ignore, dont you?
  • Sorry guys/guyesses - but can you set up a new thread where debates such as this happen? It's pretty distracting trying to go through threads littered with accusations against each other that do not necessarily pertain to the subject.

I'm not picking sides btw - just saying that arguments should be on a separate thread or by PM.

It is because half the time they don't have any. It's quite a hard task shopping anywhere actually........
