Good idea to thoroughly check if its a private invoice however this line is a bit of a giveaway.

The firm is Park Direct, no ticket was issued on the day, we got the letter 5 months after the event. We didnt even know we had been booked. I also like peter_the _piper sent a letter stating it was unfair and the amount has dropped to £75. Many thanks0

Yeah, the letter basically is
"We're scammers, but if we 'drop' it to £75 you'll be so relieved you'll pay up...and we can go down the pub and spend your money."Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Also make sure you tell as many people as possible about the private parking scam0 -
I parked at Ealing Broadway last March for 2 minutes to change drivers as there were yellow lines in all directions. In July i received a £150 fine. I sent a letter back stating it was unfair and they have dropped it to £75. I am the owner/driver am I still good not to pay the engine was never switched off. I was tamping as if it had been a police fine its not valid after 4 weeks, so I have heard.
Thank you for the site.If it moves; sue it!0 -

My wife recently exceeded the time on a prepaid ticket and got a notice from Excel for £100. The notice had photographs of the car entering and leaving the car park with a time. She does recall overstaying. Despite the ridiculous amount of £100 surely it is difficult to ignore this one - or is it?0

Why do you think it would be difficult to ignore.
Put it in a drawer and forget about it.
