Is it these people ? Their website is pants , must have been designed by a 10 year old ;)

    https://www.sipclamping.co.uk/
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

  • I like these phrases on their website: parked unlawfully on our client’s property and vehicles parked illegally on private land So what laws has been broken? The answer is none. Idiots!
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • Roger that. Be advised, I got a malware alert going to the SIP Clamping site, you may wish to scan your machine!

    Oh dear ;)

Unlike wheel clamping, parking control through the issue of PCNs to vehicles parked illegally on private land does not require a licence from the SIA. The PCN self ticketing/ warden patrolled system is ethical, lawful, cost effective, fully enforceable, and an extremely efficient method of eliminating illegal parking on your land

    What a fantastic company!

Their website is so poor it is unbelievable (in every sense of the word)

It is littered with spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.

    And gems such as

" You can trust us to deal with each incident individually and on its own merit using common sense and fair judgment because we believe in ethical practice.."

Nice to see that they are "Being fully qualified and approved by the British Parking Association" which means er....nothing.

And remember no point in appealing if "You was only five minutes"

The standard of literacy of these scum really does make one weep.

I got a private parking fine from a company called central ticketing whilst visiting a shopping centre. The reason they gave the ticket was obstructive parking, in other words i had parked over the line!
I wrote to them to appeal as i felt the ticket was unfair. For 1 the car next to me was parked right on the line so i had to park further over so not to damage their or my car, second i had 2 children with me both under 2 so also had to move over to get them out, third when i was getting the children out a parking attendant walked right past me and never said a word (Silly me thats how they make all this money!!!!) and lastly there where signs around the car park however the nearest sign to me was covered by over grown trees and facing the other direction.
Anyway i wrote all these points in my appeal letter for all the good it has done as i recieved a letter back saying they had considered my appeal and 'on this occasion your appeal has been made unsuccessful'
What a crock of ****! They are demanding i pay £65 by today other wise it will increase to £135!! How can they charge these amounts, the car park is free!!!! Do i pay it? If i dont what will happen? will it effect my credit rating? I really need some help, i cant afford the fine as i not working and student finance not sorted(however that is a whole different topic!!)

The ticket is completely unenforceable, they will not take you to court as they would lose, the landowner can only claim for loss and as the car park is free there is no loss, its illegal for a private company to issue penalties, they rely on people panicing and paying.

Now don't correspond to them again as they turn down all appeals, they will send letters via bogus debt collectors but as there is no debt they can be ignoered completely !

By the way which scammers are they ?
