It is very difficult to remove things from the Internet
For example:
Google has a cache that can be searched
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?hl=en&lr=&as_qdr=all&q=cache%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.plentyoffish.com%2Fmember13884268.htm&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=
As a matter of interest and to further display how hard it is to remove something from the Internet: The chemistry results link in the cache record still functions

My oh has been to the police about his ''ticket'' and they are looking into it, does anyone know if there is a police force anywhere actually collating stuff about these companies. My oh's ticket might be a bit different as he received no ticket and the street where it was issued doesn't exist. We have an idea as to where his details were given but I don't want to say anything in an open forum as we can't prove anything.

The Police won't do anything about a PPC ticket. It's not actually illegal to issue invoices as long as the wording doesn't break any laws. Nor is it illegal to ignore it and all the letters of course!
Just report the Roxburghe debt collectors and their trading name, Graham White for harassment - which is illegal but I suspect Trading Standards or the OfT might take more interest than the Police will:

Go for it - GW have been reported lots of times to the SRA (but be careful to report the right company as there is also a proper solicitor of a similar name):

I have received a ticket from a private company in the visitors cark park where I live. I had only just passed my test and had my car 2 days and didn't realise I had to display the piece of paper I had been given as it just had a code for the barrier on so thought that was all it was for. I was going to ignore it and see what happens but the problem is I am going to be parking in the same car park everyday. Could they try and take out some sort of revenge on my car if I don't pay?
Do you think I should just appeal the ticket as I am going to park there all the time?0 -
They can't lawfully do anything to your car.
Do you honestly think your 'appeal' will be considered? It's a private company running a scam.
Ignore them and don't worry about it.0 -

Thanks for the reply, the post code where he got the non existent ticket is actually a public street where the police traffic wardens or the council parking attendants are the only ones to have authority to ticket cars, I don't know if that will make a difference. Will try and get oh to report them to trading standards and the SRA.
