Hi
I Recieved a pcn from a company called LLanwnroc Parking Services Ltd. I was parked by the beach in Cornwall and even though I had paid and displayed the ticket had slipped off dash and had fallen onto centre console by the gear stick.I still have the pay and display ticket.
I emailed the company stating the situatuion with the pay and display ticket and they have replied saying
The operator did make a thorough check as you can see in the photos that a ticket does not appear in any photo, not even in the centre console. The ticket was not anywhere on display. It is the drivers responsibility to ensure the ticket is on display before leaving the vehicle, many thanks.
Regards
Llawnroc Parking Services Ltd
Attached was 3 photos. One through each side window onto the dash and windscreen , although I wonder whether these would stand leagally as they dont show my number plate. The other is of my back window which does show my number plate. None of the photos cover the centre part where my gear stick is.
Not sure where to go from here. Read a lot of stories on net that you should just ignore these private firms as they threaten alot but dont usually go through with chasing the charge.Any help appreciated.0 -

I notice alot of very similar scenarios to mine on this forum. My ticket was from private land at a nightclub.
Long story cut short, I have received 2-3 letters from Roxburghe Debt Collectors and then follwing this I received a letter from Graham White Solicitors.
I have this morning recevied a further letter from Graham White solicitors indicating that it is a Final Warning letter and that if I do not respond within 7 days court action will be taken.
Has anybody else recevied this letter from Graham White Solicitors? My concern now is that I do not want to be black listed, but going by the advice on this forum, should I continue to ignore it?
Any help appreciated - thanks.0 -

If you have read the other scenarios you know what you need to do.
IGNORE."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."
"I could play all day in my Green Cathedral".
"The Centuries that divide me shall be undone."
"A dream? Really, Doctor. You'll be consulting the entrails of a sheep next. "0 -

Yes, most of us have. It is usually the last one before they crawl back under their stone. Continue to ignore, no matter what they say they cannot "blacklist" you or do anything else for that matter.0 -
I hope you can help. My car parking ticket expired and i was 19 minutes late returning to my car, to find a warden taking pictures of the car and imposed me with a £100 fine (reduced to £70 if paid within 7 days). This car park is privately owned and it has been in the local News the past few weeks with people complaining about the extortionate charges. I have read on your site, and on Moneysavingexpert that they have no right to 'fine' me but that they will threaten me and possibly take me to court. I am at a loss as to whether to pay the fine now at £70. Or to simply ignore the threats and hope for the best as I really am very scared about doing that. I'm wondering whether this is an extortinate charge for being 19 mins late? Can you advise me a bit more please.0

You have answered your own question. Just ignore. Your case is no different than the many others on here. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
After complaining to the manager at M&S Deepdale I have to day received a letter from them saying he has had the ticket issue overturned and I will hear no more from Mr White .co. Thanks to everyone who gave me advice on this forum. I can say I would have gone all the way had a summons arrived, hopefully the letters from Mr white and co will now stop. and I must thank the manager of M&S, at least he got off his backside and did something about it, pity British Land don't follow and sort these privateers out once and for all. and yes it does work to complain as you advised me to do. once again thank you one and all for your advice. :T:T:T
 Despite my recent euphoria, and the intervention of M & S management at Deepdale I have to day received the final warning off Mr white.co. I have not contacted them, I will not contact them, but I will attend court if need be. and now back to M & S at Deepdale as requested by them should I hear more. I will keep on the Forum informed of the next event.0 -
