My daughter is a staff nurse at the local hospital & also pays for a permit... she's now ignoring her 7th (yep 7th) APCOA drivel.

All have followed the same format & not a court claim in sight :)

Makes you wonder why she bothers buying a permit in the first place, since thet seem powerless to exact any penalty [or do they clamp??]????

It's just been reported on both Pepipoo and the CAG that yet another PPC (Minster Baywatch) have lost a court case. The Judge ruled that there was no actual loss suffered, so no payment was due. Evidently the PPC's tame solicitor was not a happy man. Poor thing!

That is nice to know as these filth tried to extort money from me a couple of years ago. They even went as far as to send me an alleged court document which was bogus. They are lying scheming sub-human scum. As is anyone and everyone who works for them.

Not sure if I got my point across there? Was I too subtle?;)

OPC had their wrist slapped for doing this (the false court docs) held to be a contempt of court. We all know what to do if we ever get one, its an instant copy to the court, the more this is done the less the ppc will do it.

    I've asked the same question.

The problem is that the hospital have removed 25 staff parking spaces this year, converting them to P&D bays for the general public.

Sometimes she has no choice but to park in a P&D space & a staff parking permit only covers staff spaces, quite rightly IMO she refuses to buy a P&D ticket when she's paid for a permit hence APCOA bog paper!

    Oh, no they don't clamp....yet!

Received a letter from Roxburghe debt collectors re non payment of excell parking fine to be paid within 7 days a total of £142, if not paid within & days it will be passed onto Graham White solicitors to take possible court action.
Do I simply ignore as per previous letters or write to say can they confirm the driver of the vehicle on the day?
How many more letters will I expect to get?

Hi folks, got a ticket today from Euro Car Parks, was parked behind some shops in town and a wall did have a ECP sign on it with something about permit holders etc and emergency access, I was parked on the road and not any of the private land behind the shops and not blocking anything at all, infact another car was next to mine with a blue badge and they had no ticket, and we had our blue badge up.

I take it I should just bin it and forget it?

The cheeky !!!!!! even put a time on the ticket of before we arrived! Maybe my car is a time machine!

Hi Quanto. Everytime I get a letter I come on here and you seem to have received exactly the same letter as me. I'm also in dispute with Excel and received a letter from Roxburgh debt collectors with the same amount this morning. Not sure if it means anything but it looks like they have a factory line approach to "debt collection." I'm going to keep ignoring to be honest.

Just file the letter, then completely ignore anything else you have from them, these are unenforcible invoices, and they will not take you to court at all, also don't pay them a single penny as its not a fine.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
