I very much doubt it, that would require a PPC employee who can read and write.0 -
I had a slightly devilish idea earlier on, why not send in dummy envelopes to the PPCs with dummy cheques, but accidentally forget to put a stamp on it0

Don't forget to write "check enclosed" on the front.:DI'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

Hi all,
Wanted some advice on stopping on private land. I was on a private road outside a royal mail depot office and I stopped for 30 seconds to a minute to let the wife jump out and get a letter. I as in the car at all times yet I recieved a charge notice nearly 2 months later saying that I had parked on private property and that I was liable to a 60 pound fine.
Any ideas as to how I should proceed with this? Do they ahve any right to charge (and get) the money?
Thanks0 -
Same as mostly everyone else, ignore it. Continue to ignore and don't contact them in any way. File all papers and come back if you need reassurance.
Can you name the company please just to confirm its a scammer.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
