As you have probably already discovered, all you have is a speculative invoice. Do some more reading here and you'll plenty of other cases involving those who have received such invoices and the advice for all of them is to ignore them - and all of the letters that follow - and move on with your life.

For more information about this company read here.

NPC (No relation to the well-known company NCP) is actually a trading title of UK Parking Companies Ltd based in Stockport. Full details of their address may be obtained from the Companies House website. Their ICO registration number is Z109881X and records NPC as a trading title albeit that their (current) ICO registration was obtained when their registered office was in Wilmslow.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I have received an invoice ....

The word invoice is enough, don't need to read a single other word......Ignore, ignore, then ignore. Wait a while, then ignore. A few months later, ignore. On a Monday, ignore.

Alternatively send them a cheque for £24,356.33.

    The choice is yours.

  • My dad got a 'Parking notice Charge' issued in a chip shop car park - should he have paid it? He did and we are appealing, they have stated that the 'issuer' of the ticket would have checked the shop and restaurant, but if this was the case he would have been behind my dad (who turned round at the door and went back to the car), and my dad would have returned to his car before the ticket could have been issued. Anyone had any experience of this company?
LTSB PPI - £770 ish for dad
LTSB PPI for dad - £1800 for dad
    Barclays PPI claim for self-£2204
Dads home insurance - reduced by £200 a year "WE DO NOT LIVE IN FLOOD AREA AND I DON'T SEE WHY WE SHOULD PAY FOR THOSE THAT DO - I WANT TO SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERVISOR"!

  • Which company???
It really does not matter which one as once its paid you don't have a hope in hell of getting your money back I'm sorry to say. No ppc does appeals, despite what it might say on the ticket, once they have their mits on your money you won't prise them off.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

  • They may well say that but it would makes no difference if he had just come here first and then totally ignored them. Never mind, unfortunately its too late now but get him to come on here and see for himself that there is no need to pay these people anything.
