copy and pasted, bout the best i can do even thought it hasn`t read the ticket very well has it !!

Question is i suppose, am i in contravention of being parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours. There are no signs in that street so what am i in contravention of?

Sorry im no good at blanking things out, this is the first time i have done this so think im doing very well, know what you mean though, there are some extremely odd people out there.

No it wasn't illegally parked - according to the law of the land - it was parked in contravention of restrictions.

If you scan in the PCN, then right-click on the image files, and open it with "Paint", click this button:

and simply click and drag over the bits of the PCN to erase. Click File > Save and hey presto you've blanked it.

Ah well done debacle, very good, yes it was code 01, being parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours.

Just one question. What does any of that have to do with him parking in a CPE area and receiving a PCN from the Council under the prevailing legislation?
