Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
Hes talking about barred ends, which are required for double yellows. Check the RTA, its all in there.0

More than likely at risk of a ticket? Really? And this ticket, is it valid? Come on, tell all.0 -

Yes, we know barred ends are required on double yellows. But what has that do with with parking NOT on double yellows because they've been tarmacced over and not yet repainted?0 -
There is an argument that a long enough stretch of resurfacing can invalidate the validity of double yellows. I believe its very much down to the opinion of the magistrate on the day. For instance a 3 foot missing stretch may still be valid, but a 30 foot missing stretch almost certainly isn't.0

Magistrate? Only in the small percentage of areas still using older criminal legislation I think you mean.0 -
