I really don't want to tempt fate, but since Friday my ADSL conection via e7broadband (2mb) has been OK.
I'd given myself the week end to decide wheteher to take the amnesty .. but I'm still not sure.0 -
Can anybody please help!!
When I reset my router with the E7broadband username there is FAIL test message and would not connect.However When I have reset my router with the e7 username and password all the test shows PASS and it says I should be connected.But when I try to connect I cannot and there is a BT Service message which shows.
Does that mean I should be able to connect or not???If yes how?

Keep trying to login on your old e7even username as i was told i would be transfered to e7broadband,when the time came i got on once and then i could not get a connection for a week on either username.
2 days ago i got back on with my old username,and the computer has been on ever since and it has not dropped the connection.
I think it will be left on until they get this sorry situation sorted out.0 -

I've tried everything ......... currently i can only log on with usersname-e7even@bbuk
with PPPoE VC Mux slow connection speeds
i have also tried to log on with
username@e7even.com ??????????
username@e7broadband.com ???????
username@e7broadband ????????
username@e7even ????????
I can't remember what my old logon was see
im so sick of the slow speeds and no updates:(:(:(:(

Yeah, many, many people still off and list appears to be growing by the minute because it seems beyond belief, but they are still transferring accounts over to @bbuk0 -
Its more than likely becuase there agreement with the providor for the e7even.com connection ends soon.
I think e7even should at least update the damn website once in the morning and one before close of biz.
Id also love to see there SLA with there provider for the bbuk accounts.:(:(:(:(
