I have slipped off the back of the wagon already and I just got on last week !!! It was because somebody posted the recipe for "fifteens" ...fabulous fantastic gorgeous amazing cake
SO I was forced to make it and then I et it.
Has anybody got nice low fat healthy cake recipes? I have a ton of flour and want to use it up , also to stop buiying choc digestives in Asda ! There's only the 2 of us and we are both needing to lose weight plus OH has health problems . But I like baking and eating HM stuff..
We are doing ok on meals, but snacks & nibbles are my downfall ...:)0 -

Hi
Just realised I didn't post yesterday, hmm. Was very busy, spent a lot of time shopping and foodwise was fairly restrained except for the large pkt of ready salted I bought in Woolies. Why did I do that?? I had no hands free, no time or space to think but still managed to scoff the lot (big pack of course) in minutes flat! As I made sure I ate before venturing out I neither needed nor enjoyed them. Spent a couple of hours in Mr T but think I have now got all the xmas groceries in, only need fresh stuff. Was on my feet for several hours but shocked to see the number of steps taken was very low. Still 20K behind in my daily average of 10K, but as Thurs was a write off, I am taking that off as a rest day therefore need to do 10k for today and 10k catch up. Back to work next week so not sure how I will incorportate the walking. Had crumpets for bfast and 2 coffees. Not sure of other meals yet, have some salad stuff to use - lunch maybe. Have a good weekend everyone.WL 11 st 5lb as at 050109. 160209 11st 2lb
