Didn't eat badly yesterday but took on an extra 500 cals of vodka. Resisted the urge to smoke though, so hurray!

Shouldn't be posting ~ should be tidying upBut I can't be bothered
and just wanted to offer more support to you newbys.
We are not alone, we are all on this wagon together. Taplady is stearing the way ~ it'll be a bumpy ride for some of us ~ and some of us will fall off (Hi Kleiss) but we will all lean over and pull you back onboard
KraftyKat good to see you again. I am the same weight as you and want to loose the same amount ~ lets get there together. Usually cat's are the enemy but I'll make an exception
Have a really good weekend ladies, let's all stay possitive, and lets just cut the carp and just DO IT :grouphug:Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Donna, you could be writing about me....I eat healthily when the kids are around.......when they're out I think I turn into Pac Man :EasterBun
or some sort of crisp monster.
I need to lose about 6 stone as I've gone up to over 16 st.....I'd be happy at 10 or 11 stone
You all could be me too, binging is my second name. I have a good 4 stone to lose and I'm short, so it is a huge amount. Would be much more, but I'm very active. The weight is starting to affect me physically too, with aches and pains.
I'm trying to replace junk with smoothies in the evenings, because they;re easy and filling.
Well done everyone who's lost weight, and ((hugs)) to those who need them.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Ooh, I am on Omeprazole too, since last March! Had pancreatitis first, then gastric colic, then stomach ulcers (mainly caused by medication taken for severe back pain). Maybe that is why I feel really empty at times, despite having pigged out!! Hmmmm will go back and read the info sheet with the capsules...will be a bit cross if that is what is "encouraging" me to binge!! What with that and the new coil I had fitted two months ago, everything is against me at the moment eating-wise!
Well it is nice to have an excuse, but it is up to me to stop stuffing my face with food. At least recognizing that the medication could be affecting my eating habits will make me think twice and perhaps be able curb the binging.
I must be strong, I must be strong, I must be strong, I must be strong.....:)
You poor thing, you've had one thing after another
The leaflet that came with my pills just mentioned wind.....it was actually when I told the consultant about feeling hungry all the time and my stomach grumbling, he said it was very common.0 -

Well Frogga, I had half a bottle of wine, a packet of crisps & a bar of cadburys caramel (from DD's selection box) last night
I'm going to allow myself these treats at the weekend though as I need to look forward to them throughout the week to keep me motivated (well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it)0 -

I have a good 4 stone to lose and I'm short, so it is a huge amount.
I'm another midget - just over five foot :-)
Think of the weight in manageable "chunks". We can do this 1 day at a time, 1 pound/kilo at a time.
My mini goal is to get through the weekend on plan , the next to get to the end of Jan without having a "scoff" evening.
Do you exercise Jay or just a busy daily life? I am trying to establish a twice a week gym habit.0 -

God that's horrible ~ how could anyone do that to a child? I guess you're just living up to their expectations aren't you? Not you're fault matey
Kat, we all need to have treats, don't even think about calling that a binge ~ that was a mere 'little pig out'. If you'd have had the whole bottle, a box of crisps, and the whole selection box then you could join the binge club ~ you're an amature
BTW I only weigh monthly as I hate the scales and can only cope with the reality of the situation once a month. Also, you see more of a jump if you only do it monthly instead of 1lb or even 1/2lb at a time :TSay it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

I won't call that a binge Frogga.....I could have eaten 3 packets of crisps quite easily so eating only 1 was an achievement :T, as for the wine though I will probably go for the whole bottle tonight.
I know this is supposed to be a weightloss thread, but I really am just being honest about my eating...during the week I will be good again, no drinky-poos for me
Weighing once a month is a really good idea though, I just don't know if I would have the patience for it; curiosity would get the better of me.
Breakfast was porridge with semi-skimmed milk and a handful of raisins, glass of OJ and a large tea. I'm not sure about lunch yet, but dinner will be pizza (2 small slices of a frozen one) & wedges.0 -
