Hi all
I haven't done too badly the past 2 days lol, i took the dog for a long walk yesterday(bout 1 1/2 hours) then went a walk with my OH for 20 mins later.
I had a naughty lunch of bacon on crusty french stick with cheese(it is so delicous can't help it:embarasse) then had H/M spag bol for dinner with no garlic bread and snacks were 2 plums and a kiplings aaple and blackcurrent small pie.
Today i have been out for a walk(20 mins) and short cycle home then got on with tidying up and getting rid of old stuff to clear out:T:T
So far i have had:
B: nothing didn't have time
L: cheese omelette(well about 1/2) and a small bit of french stick(was finishing it off to be thrifty honest:A).
S: satsuma
D i am not sure yet not really that hungry at minute.
S: Probably some more plums and some cereal.
Seems since i am trying to cut bread out i am craving it lol especially hot soft buttered toast(drool:o) but don't think the bread has been too bad today.
I usually only buy 1 loaf a week between the 2 of us and perhaps a pack of rolls and crumpets.
I also have IBS and have found the bloat on my tummy is constantly there and near my period i do swell out a bit more, is a pain really:rolleyes:.0 -
Afternoon all, just back from the farmers market and spent a fortune in anticipation of my parents visiting! Some Lemon Curd and Banana and Chocolate Jam (sounds vile but it's really nice) somehow found it's way back here, and subsequently onto a piece of toast  whoops!
Did quite a long walk around the shops too and I'm about to half an hour of Yoga and then half an hour of Aerobics on the Wii.
Food today:
Breakfast - Peach yogurt
Lunch - Cheese and Brocolli Pasta and Salad
Dinner - Veggie Enchiladas
Snack - Slice WM Toast, half chocolate jam, half lemon curd.
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend so farReal stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time0 -

L: Salad in Wholemeal Pitta with a teeny bit of humousMore Salad NO Pitta :j (Tonight's dinner was supposed to be veg but I was too hungry)

You can cook up a batch of beans and freeze them in baggies ready to throw into curries/stews/chillis etc. Red and green lentils I just rinse well and put straight into a stew - they normally take about 25 mins to cook.
Hope you had a very nice birthday frogga.
Rubbish-ish day today. 8000 steps so that was good, but eating was bad. grazed and grazed and couldn't stop! Even had a bowl of bran flakes covered in sugar half an hour ago in some sort of desperate sugar rush attempt. I'm going to try and list everything I ate today to see where I am going wrong:
Breakfast: bowl of fruit n fibre (5.30 am)
2 poached egg on toast with butter (10.30 - think this was the beginning of the end)
Lunch: boots meal deal sandwich, water and low-cal choc bar
snack: toast with hummus
2 mini-milk icecreams
Dinner: weightwatchers risotto, slice of bread and butter
bowl of fruit n fibre
Certainly got my fibre and bread today! Got to stay away from bread, it triggers a compulsion to eat and eat!2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0 -
