Had a call today from Ontel about silent calls.

They dispute it was them who called me they said they dont have a Indian call centre

When I finally got someone to speak to me from the silent call number he claimed he was from Ontel with Indian accent but he went on to say he was ringing to see if I was happy with Ontel service as this is a curtsy call, why would he lie?

I am leaving Onetel ad am looking for another CPS company, the list of Ofcom seems very dated

i have spent £30 on mobile calls to try and get my account sorted everytime i get thru to someone they put the phone down on me talk talk turned my phone line but put no bt socket in where i live?

Email from talk talk today.

Talk talk dont respect your privacy as previously I had marketing calls from them and despite not getting any for a while I was plagued by them last week.



Further to our telephone conversation yesterday, I can confirm I have removed your contact details to stop nuisance calls from TalkTalk coming through to your telephone number.

I apologise these calls started again after a year and can understand of your frustration regarding this matter. Unfortunately I cannot stop nuisance telesales calls from other companies I do apologise for this.

They dont like picking phone up at Talk Talk, on hold 6 minutes and counting

my line has been down for only 4 days but geting a contact e-mail address from talk talk is impossible.
spent a lot on phone box charges, took 5 phone boxs before i found 1 that worked.
BT's add " its nice to talk comes to mind, also with talk talk " talk is cheap".
hopefully the e-mail ad you gave me wil help.

Getting them to reply is difficult too

In talk talks case it isnt good to talk but they dont mind harassing you for marketing calls

You really find out how bad a company is when you have a complaint

That was hard work getting to leave them 3 times I had to ask I wanted to leave, but wouldn't accept me reasoning, my beef is with parent company ignoring my right to privacy
