Have your examples prepared so you know what ur going to say. Look confident show them your communication skills. Look at them and nod from time to time to show your listening.

I think they will definatley ask you the following questions or something similar.

Give an example of when you gave customer service?

Give an example of when you lead others in a team?

Give an example of when you developed your skills?

They will also prompt you more for each of these questions if they require further info so be as honest as possible and be prepared to give further info.

Ask questions at end about training development and when will I recieve interview results?

Maybe you could youll have to refer more to how your skills have developed from one role to another. Such as how you developed your skills such as communication and customers service skills in the supermarket job by carrying out training, doing courses, and from carrying out the job. (e.g. Learned to deal with distressed, difficult customers in training and while doing role)

Then you can say how these skills that you picked up from your retail jobs are helping you in your office job. Also you can talk about if you are currently carrying out any training, and courses do develop your skills further in your current role.

Hi Danny - I received a successful letter a couple of weeks ago for 60369 AO but I also have not heard anything regarding the 60370 EO. I had my interview on the 16th as well(14th for the AO). There was a screw-up in the online testing and interview invites. I've been told they won't be taking anyone on until they have interviewed everyone. There are people I know that still don't even have an interview date for these positions so I doubt we will get job offers anytime soon.

Hey Slitty, well done for the AO position!
The whole situation is rubbish, ive got a job offer (which im gonna take) but it is 7 grand less then the EO position. I would be mighty annoyed to start the other job and then leave sharpish to JCP.

Oh well patience is a virtue!

Hello i wouldnt worry to much this is a typical DWP they take long on alot of things. I think you should just wait a week or so and if you still dont hear anything call the number that was on your letter when you were invited for an interview.

I can understand from the point of view of the people who are looking for work but it is also difficult for the DWP. As they have so many people applying they have a backlog and they have to score the interviews and if they have so many people loking for work it could prove to be difficult.
