Congratulations! Yeah I'm on the waiting list as well. I'm just happy that I am definitely going to get a job, even though it could be anytime!

I had interview last week for an EO vacancy. Results should be here in around 2 weeks (so they say !!). I now had another interview for AO early next week.

Has anyone had interviews for both positions and, if so, do the interviews vary much?

    Many thanks

I had an interview for AO at Hillsborough on the 15/07. I did an application for AO and EO at the same time, never heard back about the EO job but got the online test for the AO, completed that - then got e-mails saying i hadn't completed it. I e-mailed the person listed in the original e-mail to find out if i should have had a test for the EO job as well but never heard anything back.

Should hear something about the job in the next few days now hopefully......

Hello newbie here, even though I have been lurking, and reading the two DWP threads, for over a month. :o

Did anyone else attend the interviews at Sheffield w/c 13 July?

I applied for IRC 60535 (AO)
Completed the on-line test before the closing date of 1 July
Attended interview 14 July *Shudders at the memory*
I completed all the CRB/Health forms etc prior to being interviewed
I know it is a long drawn out procedure

I am just curious if any-one else attended the interviews that week, and whether or not any feedback has been received

    woohooooo:beer:

IRC60076. I too got my success letter today!!! What a relief. Yep it says waiting list for 12 months but I like the fact that they say they are now carrying out pre-recruitment checks. That to me seems like a good sign.

I went to a black-country assessment exercise last week and was told the 60076 people were hopefully to start in August and September depending on branches.

Things might be rolling forward now!!!

    So happy!

I can do all things through him who gives me strength....:A

I was there the day after and haven't heard anything yet - was told it would be 10-12 working days to hear anything so now i'm just playing the waiting game.

The forms and paperwork took longer to fill out than the interview took to complete!

I was told that one on line test was all they needed, and the results would be used for all applications for all levels. I also had the e-mails reminding me to complete the test, even when I had already completed it ! I only completed it the once in the end, and obviously they have used this for both vacancies.

I did, however, e-mail DWP after the EO interview to ask why I had not been requested for interview for the AO position as well. After I sent the e-mail, I received e-mail from Capita about the interview this Monday !

    Who knows what is happening:confused::confused:
