Do you remember what the two customer service related questions were.
I guess the obvious one is, give me an example of when you have given good customer service....what about the other..give me an example of when you have dealt with a difficult customer, perhaps..not sure.
Give me a time when you provided an additional service to customers.
Give me a time when you improved your own customer service skills.
I've had 3 DWP interview so far though, and they've asked me different questions each time!0 -
I had an interview for EO position yesterday in Sheffield- we did not have to do the numeracy and literacy tests and they informed us that the on line tests now replaced these !
It was Capita that did the interviewing again.
don't know how I got on this time - the questions were different from before as my previous interview was prior to the new competencies.0 -

Wow, that does sound pretty tricky. How did you go about answering these, what examples did you use.0 -
my advice for the interview is to have answers prepared for each competency, a long version and a short version. my interview was 25mins and was only 4 questions to represent each competency, but then the interviewer would probe further and further...all i can say is i've never talked so much in any interview in my life!0

anyone from the worthing interviews last week heard anything yet?? (EO and AO)0

I had my numeracy and literacy tests for the Cardiff and surrounding area last week (14/15 literacy and 20/20 numeracy :j). We were given our interview date/time but no more information. Do they send a letter through the post with the competencies or do you get told when you get to the interview (they did say we had to be there half an hour earlier than our interview time).£2012 in 2012 - £13810

Hi
I don't know if anyone can help me! I applied for an Executive Officer vacancy and completed the online assessment sent to me following the closing date. I completed the online assessment on 10th June and haven't heard anything since!! I was wondering if I had been unsuccessful or if this was normal???
I have emailed the person on the confirmation I got but have had no reply.
Any advice greatly appreciated!!0 -

If you go on the DWP website look at a another post with same job you should get the same competencies. 14/15 on the literacy  I was there last week could only find 10 not matter how hard I lookedah well.
Good luck !0
