Just noticed this post - I was doing a Google search on the reference number and found this. I applied for that as well and haven't heard a thing, which is bizarre considering how quickly I heard from the Chester one. If I get a call, I will let you know so that you can expect the same thing.

Where are people getting this information because my mum works in South Yorkshire DWP head office and she told me her bosses have been discussing upcoming training for new staff.

Have you heard anything yet for this post, it seems strange that we both applied for this job and never heard anything. Do you know if there is a phone number that we could call to inquire about this??. I think they are doing the interviews on the 23rd &24th. I got the automated response for the application and then heard nothing!!!. very annoying! Let me know if you hear anything,please.

For South Yorkshire - I did my interview in July and found out today that no-one from my interview batch has been offered a job yet, they only sent out for references last week and won't be offering jobs until October so why people are saying there's not enough jobs for the applicants I do not know. My brother did a South Yorkshire interview about 3 weeks after me so I highly doubt there's not enough jobs or they wouldn't have continued to interview for so long.
Where did you get the info that there weren't enough jobs?

Where did you get this info from? So the offers will be made in October? My referees were contacted last week.

Hey, congrats. I'm waiting to hear for this IRC too. ok, a few questions if you don't mind answeing. Did they give you a choice of locations, Was there an option to work in a Benefit Delivery Centre?. When did you get your successs letter, did you know your place on the merit list.

Hi Kate,

Just received a call about fifteen minutes ago regarding 62644.The interview is Sunday, 27th of September at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in Warrington - so you should receive a call too, if you haven't done so already

It's especially good for me because the Halliwell Jones Stadium is about five minutes away from me
