Oops was just going to advice about changing the url but someone has already posted. I'm glad I didn't now and didn't bother placing an order. I'd certainly be telephoning if they'd cancelled my order.
We did this last year with wine and groceries npl but haven't shopped online so much since the points offers dried up.Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0 -

Fantastic customer service from Tesco. Not!!
They rang to say that my order is cancelled and the Xmas slots won't be available until 30th November so I have just gone online to find that there is no record at all of the order so I am going to have to start again from scratch.
I think I am going to ring to complain and redo my order using a different supermarket.

Mine is cancelled too :mad: :mad: , So rang and complained and all i got was rebook after the 30th, I said when i booked i took the last slot for the 23rd dec so she checked and said your store is now showing no deliveries after the 17th :eek: i told her that we was disabled and need home shopping for the 23rd and she said you should have booked earlier. so i will have to keep looking and try and rebook again after the 30th... Tesco bah humbug :mad: :mad: :mad:

Just had mine cancelled too, tried to put up a bit of a fight but she was having none of it, no point giving her too much of a hard time she is just doing her job.
I am going to go to Asda though just out of principle!0
