Just booked a slot for 23rd thanks to MorganB :T

If they call me to cancel then it will be their loss as I will just get my £500 order from Sainsbury's instead. Won't look very good if they end up losing lots of very large orders now, will it :whistle:

Yes, but you can go back and change your basket right up until the day before delivery so I suggest you place a very large order to secure your slot for now

I received the mailing and booked my slot for the 22nd on Monday. I shop with them every week and have done for the past 9 months spending anywhere between £40 and £80 each week.

I also got a free gift (which was out of stock!) of Camembert which I love, so am pleased with that.

I think it may be a lottery - I do spend a lot - about £140 every week, so I am pleased that I did get a slot. Last year I didn't get any slot - priority or otherwise! , so I wrote and told them that I was doing my main crimbo shop with Sainsburys!

I think they've really shot themselves in the foot with this! At least if the slots are available to everyone at the same time, then if you don't get one, it's because you were in the wrong place at the wrong time, rather than because you are a "second class citizen". It is not good PR to insult some of your customers, whether by ranking or by lottery! (As I pointed out to the Customer Services rep I spoke to on the phone this morning, they are not the only supermarket in my area, and I will take my custom elsewhere!)

Well I've booked for 23rd and will wait and see what CS do!!

Changed the URL to the 4th week and all the slots are booked already for 24th!! Several have been booked for 22nd and 23rd from when I first looked this morning!

Tesco aren't doing any deliveries on 24th so that's why all the slots are already crossed out for that day!

They are not delivering 24th at all,23rd is last day.No offer for me and have used them for over 2 years.Well hacked off.
