    Two payments out today (well probably more tomorrow, but I'm too excited to wait!) - total of £160 to MBNA and HSBC.

    Currently: £224,499
    Aim: 85% LTV (£212,500)
    Paid £1,500
    Target remaining: 88.89%

    I can't believe it - I am so excited - I have just come home from Christmas away and I am in credit - what is more I earned £12.62 in interest on my current account last month - I cannot believe it and I have immediately paid the £12.62 off my Egg card towards this challenge.
