Hypno..could you please change my challenge amount?
I'm going to add in the full amount of my loan and then take my monthly DD payment off it each month as well as any overpayments.
I also want to add the overpayments to my mortgage into my total. So my new total is £22750..

    Thanks
  • Hi all

Still no job and no more payments to make this month.

I have just had a chat with a guy at CCCS and he was most helpful and gave me some really good advice, so I'm feeling a bit more positive now although I'm only going to pay about £5 off my debts next month!!!

But once I get a new super duper job I'm going to be over paying like mad.

I had good xmas and got loads of pressies that I need and the tat that I wont use wont even sell on ebay its that bad. Oh well the charity shop did quite well out of me. I'd rather they had it than me having massive listing fees on ebay.

I've been doing my daily scratchcards. How do you all make that much money on it in a small amount of time. I've been doing it nearly 3 weeks and made a massive £5.70!!! Well every little helps.

    Happy New Year to all.

May 2009 be a great debt busting year for us all

  • Have just managed one final payment of £30.77 to barclaycard before 2009 begins. So total paid since this challenge began is now £1126.28 which i'm pretty pleased about.
Only £1471.86 left to pay on barclaycard, so will continue chipping away at that one. I need that psychological boost of having one less creditor.
Happy New Year everyone and may all your debt busting prayers be answered!!
Paid off £16,715/£16,550 by Christmas 2013
Now to pay off all remaining debts by Christmas 2014
    Total to pay #041 £7,086.97/£16,500
    Only £9,413.03 to go
  • Good morning all!!

So far I'm just counting regular loan payments - £382. I'm saving up extra money I make, paying it off the mortgage, and may actually reclaim it to spend on structural safety work in the house. Determined to live the life I want!

Fully paid off my Littlewoods account today and made a £10 Barclaycard payment. I agree with you brightpurple when you say it makes you feel better with one less creditor to pay :)

    Happy New Year everyone x
