    I'm here just don't have any money not even to do PAD going to be seriously overdrawn this month without a miracle and that has not happened since my LBM so I am bored I want to be debt busting:rolleyes:

    Well done hypno.

    Looks like I'll have a good £1k to pay off this month; we haven't finished all our bills and whatnot yet but barring any nexpected expenses it should happen.

    And it's Friday, which is GOOD. Office in the heat is never nice. Hope there's some good weather this weekend.

    Apparently rubbish weather over weekend - am very upset!
    Paying down the mortgage:

    Currently: £224,499
    Aim: 85% LTV (£212,500)
    Paid £1,500
    Target remaining: 88.89%

    NOOOOOOO say it's not so. The weather forecast for surrey is still in the 70s. Just a bit cloudy.
