One of my friends who has the most gorgeous house that I am totally in awe of told me today that she has £30k worth of debt. I stopped feeling jealous at that very moment.

My debt paying off has come to a standstill...I'm having to use my savings to buy a new car after my cambelt snapped....what a bummer....I think I shall have to try again next year!

Just a quick update. Have another 796.11 off my mortgage and another 197.16 off my M&S card. Things are a bit slower at the moment but once the solicitors bill for the divorce comes in and is cleared I will know how much of my bonus which will come in May I can put towards paying more debt off!
Have sorted out some boxes and the next Saturday with a good weather forcast I'm off to a car boot sale!
Also 2 pound coins adding up nicely but am thinking I will save these for holiday spending money?
Have updated my total anyway. Glad everyone is doing well we must be paying off a fortune between us Has anyone got a total?
